Once he arrived home, Ryan Miller told himself that he wasn’t gonna shoot photos for a while. But a sexy-looking forecast lay waste to that promise real quick. The waves didn’t end up being so great, but Ryan enjoyed getting back behind the camera and standing on the beach, especially at home in Atlantic City: “All the glitz from the casinos you see when you’re pulling into town definitely trump walking over a dune somewhere to hit the beach. Then when you arrive at the beach, you get to see all the negative bits that come along with a casino town, like bums cracking clam shells looking for some breakfast and the smell of piss and stale beer in the morning. I was glad to be able to listen to Bruce Springsteen blaring from the speakers as I shot in front of the House of Blues. The best part about going to Atlantic City this morning though, was seeing a billboard for a Stevie Nicks concert next week.”
