Tanner Gudauskas dries out at Lowers, CA
Just before Chopes really starts lighting up with the top 34, let’s take a quick look at Lowers, and especially in the wake of the Hurley Pro Video Trials. Pat Gudauskas made it to the semis, but came up against the entire population of Costa Rica (in the form of Carlos Munoz) and fell short. A coupla days later he went down to surf at Lowers to reflect on what might have been, and his bro Tanner came along for the ride. Photographer Robb Wilson had gone down to shoot with his buddy from the water, but ended up lurking on the sand, at which point he fired off this frame of Tanner kicking out the jams on a left. Ain’t it something?
