Taj Burrow, Northern NSW semi-secrecy, Australia

Taj Burrow (pictured here) is currently staying at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast of Australia, cruising around and training for the Quiksilver Pro, Gold Coast, which starts on February 26th (11 days from now). The other day he called Sunny-Coaster Dion Agius, to see if the goofy-footer wanted to meet up and surf. Dion, who now resides in Byron Bay, had nothing better going on so he burned the highway and met TB. The pair surfed the fun little beachie you see above and, as can be expected from two progressive talents like Teebs and Dion, the session was loony. Filmer/photog Beren Hall, who shot this, says that though it wasn’t all-time on this day, the spot’s super-secluded and perfect for hanging out at. Y’can expect a tight little clip from the session in a coupla days.
