Cold fury at Cape Solander, NSW

Well, maybe not that cold yet, but Australia’s east coast during Autumn is a helluva time to score waves, and more particularly at Cape Solander (perhaps better known as Ours). Yesterday a new swell rifled through and there was the occasional chart-topper playing at the dangerous and well documented reef. Usually we’re not so fond of empties, but this is the kind that we can dig – the kind that makes the mind wonder.
