Carissa Moore, jamming, with sun-drench, Gold Coast

As we sometimes like to, now’s as good a time as any to take a little look back at some of those overlooked moments from the Quiksilver and Roxy Pros, on the Gold Coast. Carissa Moore here was a competitor in the latter event, a semifinalist, in fact, and lost to Sally Fitzgibbons. But, and this is a big but, she did turns like this, beautiful-looking turns that are at the same time feminine and aggressive. Drink in the style, feel the spray, and wonder how this event can get any better next year.
