Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about your STAB membership, including account access, subscriptions, billing, and member-only content. If you don’t see your question answered here, please contact our support team for further assistance.
1 - Why can’t I log in to the site?
Please check your browser’s security settings. Our membership software requires third-party cookies to be enabled. If they are disabled, login will not work.
You can either update your browser settings or try a different browser.
Incognito / private browsing modes are not supported due to additional security limitations.
2 - How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions section:

This option only applies to plans that renew indefinitely.
3 - Can I switch plans (for example, from monthly to annual)?
Yes. Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and click Change plan.
Your plan will be updated immediately and you’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the new plan.

4 - Can I update my email address or other personal information?

Yes. Log in to your account and click Update card (or Add card if you haven’t added one yet):
6 - How do I create or reset my password?
Passwords are optional. You can sign in by entering your email address and receiving a one-time login link and code via email.

Password reset links:
Expire after 48 hours
Can only be used once
Become invalid after being used
If a link expires, simply restart the process.
7 - Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. You can purchase a gift subscription using our plan’s gift link.

During checkout, you’ll be asked to enter the recipient’s name and email, choose a delivery date, and add a personal message.
Gift subscriptions cover a single billing period (annual). The recipient must add a payment method if they want the subscription to renew.
