Why Would You Spend $300 On A Beach Chair?

Sometimes your ass deserves designer.

Sometimes in surf journalism, as you walk toga-clad down the white marble corridors of the Stab office, the oracle charges you with a sacred task.

And other times, you’re charged with a chair article.

YETI is one of our loyal partners, making projects like Stab High Japan, Cheat Codes, and the upcoming girls’ film — Milk and Honey — possible.

So, when they sent us a chair and asked for some love, it was an easy “yes”.

What isn’t so easy is making this article interesting, so we won’t. It’s a delightful beach chair, undeniably the best and most comfortable my behind has ever adorned. It’ll also last forever*. It’s built more like a space-age office chair than a flimsy drug store foldy.

But, it’s also $300. You get what you pay for.

It’s the YETI Hondo Base Camp folding chair. Now available for purchase here. Yes, the price is punchy. But, if you have the means, and want the most comfortable, durable, sleek ass receptacle on the market, you’ve found it.

*Like, a long time.
