Who Are The Ladybirds?

At Vans Stab High Central America, presented by Monster Energy, we saw six ladybirds battling it out for this years title.

A ladybird is a 17-and-under female with an affinity for flight. Erin Brooks, Caity Simmers and Bella Kenworthy were familiar faces at this years competition, having already competed previously at Stab High in Waco and Indonesia.

This year they were joined by three new faces, Brazilian big-wave heiress Bella Nalu, 10-year-old, 55-pound Zoey Kaina, and sister to Brazil’s most dominant surfer and current world number one, Sophia Medina.
