We’ve Seen These Waves Before, But We Can’t Stop Watching

Someone help: my East Coast heart can’t bear to watch another minute of La Jolla’s everlasting swell. Please make it stop. The persistent edits were nice at first, but now I’m starting to feel left out.

This short comes to us from Nico Campagna, shot in San Diego and northern Mexico. It was captured during the swell window in January and features Skip McCullough, Tosh Tudor, Nate Zoller, Jojo Roper, Jacob Szekely, & more.

This year seems to be off to a better start than the last, and I think the La Jolla crew would agree. If you reside in Southern California, you might as well cancel the gym membership. It doesn’t look like the excess paddling will stop anytime soon.
