Ski Driver Ghost Rides The Whip At Mavs
Jet ski bucks off driver, catches a wave by itself, kicks out, targets other driver.
Exciting!
This El Nino season has officially come into full swing, with a massive swell pinging the Point Reyes buoys with twenty feet plus at twenty-second intervals.
With raw conditions in Hawaii leaving little opportunity to Jaws, Waimea, or any really promising Outer Reefs, practically the entire big wave world has been holed up in San Francisco and Half Moon Bay surfing Mavs the last four days and, this AM, social feeds began to erupt with footage from the much anticipated morning session — solid 25-30-foot Mavs — not perfect, but not entirely unruly.
The clip of the swell so far? Jamy Donaldson’s capture of a jet ski ghost ride — miraculously into and out of the Mavs impact zone.
A glimpse into our AI vs. Human future?
The swell is still pulsing in the North Pacific, get some.
