Kolohe Andino Is Having The Best Year Of His Life

Kolohe Andino has been on quite the roller coaster the past 12 months. Trips to Indo, ankle injuries, news of a baby on the way, a film in the works, the Olympics; the list is endless. 

Despite all the commotion, good and bad, Kolohe seems to be more relaxed. He’s taken a step back from the constant grind of the CT and learned to enjoy the simple things around him.

“It’s been a weird year because I haven’t surfed much, and I thought surfing, especially competitive surfing, was my life,” said Kolohe. “Once that got taken away from me, all of these rad new things started happening — It’s been the best year of my life.”
