Long story short, after taking some time to settle into fatherhood and brand ownership, Jules has officially announced that he’ll be returning to competitive surfing.

But, will the 35-year old be able to stamp his name among the greatest surfing comebacks of all time?

“I put his odds as better than Kolohe to requalify but equal to Jordy for winning a title/event,” wrote longtime Premium penman Undergunned.

In his 14 years on tour, Jules won five events and finished second in the world in 2017.
