I spend about zero minutes a day on visualization, mindfulness, or anything else involving my mental well-being. My meditation includes a cup of coffee, checking emails, and posting Instagram stories. As Charlie Sheen once said, “I have one speed— Go.” Is this a robust morning routine? Probably not, but it works so I stick with it.
John John Florence, on the other hand, has bit more on his plate then a couple social media posts. Competing on tour is nerve racking (I imagine) and will sabotage your mental health if not handled appropiately. John recently spoke on the WHOOP podcast, and covered everything from keeping a clear head to dealing with severe injuries.
