Here’s something straight-forward and cinematic: longtime surfer/surf movie and filmmaker Jason Baffa’s reassessment of Baja’s southern fringes. 

Shot for his upstart organic vino brand, Ziobaffa, Jason rolls south to San Jose del Cabo, with guest appearances from surfer Stosh Lindsey, and an introduction to Mexican entrepreneurs Alberto Cubilla, of El Wine Shop, as well as Flora Farm’s Chef Guillermo Tellez. Think Anthony Bourdain meets One California Day.
