Is Honolua Bay The World’s Easiest Roll In?

California, the North Shore and the rest of the Pacific ticked on all week. On account of none of the limelight theives–to the local’s delight–were present. So here’s a roll call of people you’ve probably never heard of: Kevin Sullivan, Ian Gentil, Ocean Macedo, Coconut Willy, Wes Larsen, Mark Andersen and Paige Alms on “White Board Wednesday”, meaning boards without decals. Honolua’s no wave to take lightly, and on a big day, if you get caught inside with a broken board (just look at that lip) it’s not uncommon to find yourself washed into the rocks, and having to scale the goat trail. But when you find yourself in the right spot, it might just be the world’s easiest roll in.
