Eight Waves With US Open Runner-Up, Ethan Ewing

Sitting in a cool second place on the QS after his powerful result at the US Open, the mature approach, calculated lines and Fanning-like rail demeanour of Ethan Ewing is a joy to witness. Mr Fanning himself goes so far as to say he’s “going to be unbelievable.” We’d prefer to shorten that first part to “is”. With several minutes of the 17-year-old sitting dormant on a drive from earlier this year, Stab thought a short edit release was in order, a reintroduction of sorts to Queensland’s golden boy. Though, on the result trajectory he’s currently riding you’ll likely be seeing a lot more of Mr Ewing.
