Cute! A Black Bear Wandered To Rincon

Bears, who derived their name from a football team in Chicago, lost one of their own yesterday. But those who noted the true reason for the migration tapped sentiments like “somebody feed him”, “crazy thin, that’s desperation right there”.

Game wardens were called to monitor the black bear’s behaviour hoping it would return to its natural habitat. Unfortunately, on Sunday, the bear had “settled on a hillside near some water,” Lt J.C Healy of the state Fish and Wildlife Department told the Tribune.

“At 6 am today (Sunday), the bear was still there, and it appeared very lethargic,” he continued. “Wardens approached and tranquillized the animal.”

They transported the bear to the vet, after examination, it was determined that “the health of the bear went downhill, and he had to be humanely euthanized.”

The 250 to 300-pound male bear will be forever memorialized atop flag poles up and down the Golden State.
