Watch: Shaun Manners Has More Hops Than A Pint Of Guinness
Signaling the release of his signature iron-tread RAGE grip.
Shaun Manners bleeds green.
During Stab Highway, ‘Chun’ gifted us with multiple quirky monologues with his finest Irish intonation. Despite being born and raised in West Aus — 14,981 kilometers from the Irish capital, Dublin — Shaun’s ancestral roots run deep and occasionally transform his voice to a musical lilting brogue.
Speaking of which, I once met an Asian-Australian woman patient at my previous work (neurological clinic), Angie Yen, who woke up one morning with a thick Irish accent which she could not shake despite having no Irish heritage or having even visited the country. Her condition? Foreign Accent Syndrome, or FAS. A legit medical mystery. Watch the 60 minutes episode here, it’s really bizarre.
Chun may have a similar pathology.
More importantly though, Chun has just released a signature RAGE grip pad with an accompanying edit. The surfing is great and there are a couple clips of Chun in carparks talking to strangers that will make you giggle.
You can buy the pad here.
