Comments Of The Week, Edition 103

Last week was special. And special weeks can’t happen every time, for then they would no longer be special. That is the very premise of specialness. Speciality? You know what I’m getting at.

But if I may say so myself, this week has been fun and entertaining in its own sort of way. We started it off with the politest of rail knocks by Sir Taj Burrow, Stab’s co-founder detailed the best step-up he never owned (accompanied by one of the most striking surf shots I’ve seen in ages), we covered some not-so-great things like a surfer’s death in North Carolina and the devastation of Puerto Rico, we also had killer whales, shark-induced airs, threatening volcanoes, sage advice, and LAIRD. So what more could you ask for?

As per standard, the commenters gave us shit, they gave each other shit, but most of all they gave the world’s best surfers shit. And isn’t that what we’re all here for? Below are iHusky’s picks of the litter.
