Torren Martyn Does The Toes-To-Nose Shuffle
The best cheater-five-barrel combo you’ll see all day!
It’s relatively rare to have your twin fin perform properly in stellar conditions. The Torren Martyns of this world are a breed of few.
In his latest edit for Need Essentials, Torren, who hails from Northern NSW, threads the famed left-hand tubes of Desert Point, Indonesia. Slipping toes right over the nose of his ‘Morning Of The Earth’ 5’4 Simon Jones sled.
Deserts [is] “One of if not my favourite wave to visit. It’s just one of those places that I really enjoy spending self-time at, reading, thinking, early mornings and early nights just simple living. I find the ocean there so unpredictable and mesmerising,” he commented. Obviously, we can all understand why he’s so attracted to it.
After watching his handy work in Indo, we’d love to see Torren plug into Skelton Bay. Or even, and don’t be mad that we mention it, Kelly Slater’s Wave Pool.
How do you think he would compare to say, Alex Knost? Thoughts below!
