A coupla months back, in December, P-Pass in Micronesia turned on. And Soli Bailey, from Byron Bay, was right in the mix. The only Australian in the water and one of the youngest surfers in the lineup, Soli took a very good swing and stomped through some real drainers. Standing tall most of the time, too.
