Peter and Kepa Mendia’s Mexican Getaway With A Prepubescent Pit Crew

After months being locked-in with your children—and with the slim chance of your significant other letting you get away for a swell strike—can you imagine agreeing to toting your angsty teenager and his prepubescent pit crew to Mainland Mexico? 

Peter Mendia deserves a plaque for pulling off the trip above, with son Kepa, as well as Luke Wyler and Cannon and Carson Carr, a few of the best up and coming middle schoolers on the planet. And what was Pete’s reward for his bravery and perseverance? Getting paddled around by a bunch of giggling groms, who then proceeded to stand tall in miniature if perfect tubes. 

If there’s any consolation for ‘ol Pete, it’s seeing his kid perform a pigdog foot-shift well beyond his years in the final clip. Can’t put a price on that.
