Oliver Kurtz straight up kills, and by that we mean best we’ve ever seen him, in his new digital short. Serotonin is both the chemical that is the good stuff and also the title of this here mini-film. Bravo for the amount of paddling-into-waves and takeoffs shown in this clip.
