Everyone knows Hawaii has been going off thanks to a steady stream of North Pacific swells. But where do those bands next make landfall? Correct answer: the US west coast.

In between Hawaii stints, Crane-o chucked a couple O’Neill Blueprints (winner of Stab’s 2021’s Best Wetsuits) in the car and headed north to the land of rivermouth lefts and big, open beachies. He scored at both venues, from 10-second novelty tubes at the former to stand-tall caverns at the latter.
