Head High A-Frames And Overhead Tubes With Steph Gilmore, Mikey Wright, Mikey Feb And More
Here today, gone to Rio.
From the opening day of the waiting period on the Gold Coast to the end of the Margaret River window, the 2018 CT season spanned 43 days in Australia.
Now, of course, that was cut a little short due to the fact that sharks were eating everybody, but it was still a good stint. Quiksilver took advantage of it and pieced together a “Gone Tomorrow” edit from the extended leg.
It opens with a strike mission to the beachbreak made of dreams, King Island, then hits the three CT stops in chronological order. The Quik team got the Gold Coast going off, found good waves in and around Torquay, and had plenty of fun in WA while it lasted.
The surfing comes compliments of Zeke Lau, Mikey Feb, Jeremy Flores, Kanoa Igarashi, Connor O’Leary, Mikey Wright, Jesse Mendes, Steph Gilmore, Leo Fioravanti, etc. The performance from the man who refused to suck John John’s ass, Kael Walsh, is certainly worth noting.
It serves as some good viewing before Rio kicks off in a few days.
