Bruce Irons, Dylan Goodale And Betet Merta: Snaptales Volume One

July in Costa Rica is a light dressing of sweat and an onslaught of blood sucking insects. At the beginning of this month, I went down with the crew to Playa Hermosa–where everything you see here was filmed–and am still scratching at red bumps on my feet, elbows, shins and waiting for the fever, or infection to set in…but hell, that’s case south of Mexico. The waves were fickle, the tides swung in nine foot intervals and it’d go from trash to fun to good in a matter of five hours. Bruce, Dylan, Betet, Carlos Munoz, Dirt Nasty (the “I’m on cocaine like it’s 1980” guy) and more were down filming for a new surf film called Snapt3 set to come out…whenever it’s done. Here’s a few of the b-sides that won’t make the film.
