Asher Pacey In One Tubular Session
AP ducks in and out of several tunnels near home on a single surf.
Last Wednesday, Tyson Lloyd called me out of the blue. He was offering up a fresh edit of Asher Pacey that he’d shot of him near his home a few weeks back. And although I hadn’t seen the edit, I knew that a short session of AP carefully cut and shot to Tyson’s typical standard would surpass our threshold.
I told him I’d post the clip Sunday. Today is Sunday.
It’s simple. Asher Pacey. One of his many (read: a fucking lot) mini-twin’s. And several long, tubular walls around the wave rich border.
Usually, a filmer might hold onto their footage from a single session in the hope of collating at a later point. But the Rhythm sticker, as we’ve mentioned before, will be getting peeled off and replaced by RVCA stamps in the coming months. And, you know, surfer’s and especially their sponsor’s aren’t exactly stoked on old stickers surfacing in supposedly new edits.
Other than that, there’s not much to say. This short is well worthy of your time.
Watch it, like now.
