Griffin Colapinto just released a “Day in the Life” style video with his fitness sponsor You Theory. In it Griffin surfs, trains, makes a delicious smoothie and surfs again.

While not especially compelling, the fitness portion lends some useful info to the air-minded viewer. If Griffin’s workouts are any indication, it’s all about staying low and centered, landing with a wide, stable stance, and absorbing the impact with our knees. 

Not exactly revolutionary intel, but a good thing to keep in mind when you’re eying off a ramp.
