Daniel Jones: “I’m from the tropics and on my first trip to Japan as a grom, I was bogging putting on a wet fullsuit. This Japanese guy showed me if you put a plastic bag on your hand or foot you slide right through. I still do this with new 6mm and 5mm suits, but still haven’t figured out how to put wetsuit gloves and boots on quick enough. But, my biggest tip? Always have a dry back up for the afternoon session.”
