Watch: 17 Foot Great White Eats Whale Off The San Clemente Pier
Yesterday well inside the Orange horizon.
Yesterday, footage of a very large white bellied shark chowing on a larger white bellied whale was captured 3/4’s of a mile off the San Clemente Pier.
And, it is a sight for fresh eyes.
In the past few years, most notably the sharknado that rocked the Orange County coast in the summer of 2017, and prefacing that with the known Great White breeding ground at Trails State Park (just south of Trestles) Orange County has become Southern California’s hub for ocean animals that are genuinely terrifying.
So, here’s a friendly reminder that sharks still lurk in Southern California waters.
