How To Watch Stab High From The Comfort Of Your Living Room

No lulls, no waiting for the tide, no mother nature calling the shots, just very good airs, mostly.

Stab High, the surf contest we’ve been incessantly pounding down your gullet for the past couple months, is happening this weekend, June 29th.

As we can’t expect everyone to book a flight to Central Texas and join the party in person (tickets are on sale here), we want everyone to have a chance to watch. There will be a live broadcast of the event which will remain available for purchase well after the Stab High Hangover (for those with plans on June 29th).

Yeah, it’s a pay-for-play platform because throwing a surf contest/pool party in Texas doesn’t cost peanuts and we got to keep this vessel alive somehow (those offended can slide their angry little nubs into the comment section about now).

So here’s the deal: The Livestream costs 14.99USD. You can plug in 16-digits plus a security code on Stabhigh.com right now, and when the comp starts, well, watch it.

On the day of the event, it’ll be front on center on the current .com you’re reading. If a five-ish hour, “high” octane surf event on a synthetic wave isn’t worth the price of a craft six-pack or a really fucking good sandwich, get together seven friends and have each one Venmo you 2 bucks…or don’t watch at all, it’s no salami off our sub.

But this being our sophomore year in the art of throwing a surf contest, if you’d like to join us through the eyes of your HDMI chord and television screens, we’d be much obliged!

The event will also be playing on DirecTV and AT&T UVerse through their pay-per-view section. If you digest your media through those platforms, just tap in, pay and watch.

You’ll witness the likes of Noa Deane, Chippa Wilson, Mason Ho, Harry Bryant, Ian Crane, Eithan Osborne, Noah Waggy, Parker Coffin, Balaram Stack and many more gentlemen launch their pool toys to the heavens.

The commentary team features the likes of Dane Reynolds, Albee Layer, Bobby Martinez, Todd Richards, Vaughan Blakey, and, of course, a few special guests.

Stab High is this Saturday in the US (Sunday morning in OZ). For those with trouble piecing together time zones, we’ve taken the liberty to do it below.

2:30 PM local, as in Texas, time.
12:30 PM in California (Pacific Standard Time)
5:30 AM on Sunday morning for Queensland, Australia (Bloody Maries and mimosas ready)

Fill up a cooler, ignite the BBQ, phone your degenerate friends and have a party. For you. For all of us!
