Carissa Moore Just Wed Her High School Sweetheart
In front of three hundred nearest and dearest, including John Florence, Beth Hamilton, Steph Gilmore and Coco Ho.
Yesterday, on a friend’s Oahu estate, Carissa Moore was given a ring. Bearing fairytale resemblance, the three time Women’s World Champion wed the love of her life, Luke Untermann, outside before an audience of three hundred. Thanks to a lay day at the nearby Pipe Masters, friend, fellow Hurley athlete and 2017 title runner, John Florence, witnessed the occasion, alongside Bethany Hamilton, Coco Ho, Stephanie Gilmore and Kelia Termini.
According to wedding publication, The Knot, Carissa wore a minimal gown, sourced locally and walked the aisle barefoot. The ceremony, while having nods to Hawaiian tradition through song and prayer, had a casual feel.
“We’re just high school sweethearts who are so excited to be starting this next chapter of our lives together,” Moore told the publication.
Big love from Stab to the happy couple.
