A Baby Fanning Is On The Way!
Plus Mick dropped the knee!
Two days ago Mick Fanning and his girlfriend, Breeana Randle, went down to the beach to shoot some baby announcement photos. And while he was down there he figured he may as well pop the question. Based on the instagram post, we’re figuring she said yes.
Mick and Breeana have opted to keep the sex of their bub unknown until birth, with the due date in August this year. Regardless, we’re assuming the WSL is keeping a slot open on the CT for the 2040 tour.
Yesterday was one of those incredible days!! @breeanablue and I went to shoot some baby announcement photos and then this happened!! This beautiful woman has stolen my heart and I’m so excited to create a beautiful family with her. Bub is due in August. So excited to start this new chapter with a person I truly admire and love. @breeanablue and Harper and new little one this is going to be magical!
With Breeana also throwing a little Instagram announcement to the world.
✨ BUB EXPECTED AUGUST 2020 ✨
We are beyond thrilled and so over the moon to finally share this news. My heart has exploded a million times over. Becoming a mommy and having another heart beating inside me is by far the greatest gift and accomplishment in my life. Mick, I’m so excited for this beautiful and rad journey together as a family, and to see you flourish as a daddy. You melt my heart everyday with your outpouring love and affection. Harper has been super protective and loving, too! Totally brings joyful tears to my eyes.
And what I thought would be a bubby announcement photo shoot turned into something else so very special. MICK!!
Amongst all of this, Mick even managed to get back on a board (albeit a softy) and cop his first tube since obliterating his knee on a Stab in the Dark trip last year. While Mick is still nursing his knee, this tube and turn is better than any surfing I’ve ever done in my life.
Congratulations to Mick and Bree from Stab!
