Zeke Lau kicks a silhouette, Lowers

Some things you can’t time intentionally. “I wanted to take advantage of all the tour surfers in town for the Lowers contest, so I’ve been trying to be the first photog in the water at Lowers the last few days,” admits photographer Luke Forgay.  “I was shooting the lefts again this morning with one of my buddies, having a grande time, but that ended pretty quickly when a younger photog came out and sat right in front of us. It was a total bummer at first, but after I checked out this shot on the beach, all I could do was laugh about it. Turned out alright!”
