Hawaiian Zeke Lau has a whole lot of grunt in his turns. But, as more perceptive viewers will note, this is not a turn (unlike this). Zeke is part of a small team currently staying at the Komune Beach Club on Keramas, along with Dusty Payne and Andrew Doheny. Tom Carey, the accompanying photographer, tells us: “Last night we drank a few beers, waited for the wind to switch and scored some perfect three foot Keramas to ourselves. I think lights need to be implemented at all top spots. That shit was so fun. Everyone was getting so barreled in the dark.” Imagine searing floodlights illuminating night time Lowers!
