Here’s Bali resident, Tai ‘Buddha’ Graham splitting a gaping Keramas pipe during a swell that struck Bali yesterday. You may remember, Tai was the Keramas was the protagonist in one of the more peculiar finales to a surfing event last year.
Tai had been hired to commentate the final event of the fiercely contested Indonesian Surf Series. And so he did, while also competing for the crown. Complications arose when he made the final. Tai commentated right up until the climax, then calmly put his mike down and took the thing out, beating the series champion, Lee Wilson for the win.
