Having a prime piece of real estate on surfing’s most renowned strip of beach is bittersweet. It’s bitter when the place gets crowded as hell, but everything else about it is just plain sweet. Matt Archbold, pictured here, knows the bittersweet taste well.

Photog Jimmy Wilson, who shot this piece of gold, says: “Everyone knows Archy is the man out at Logs. He has a house right there and normally gets the wave of the session. This session he got about three of the best waves of the session. His son Ford was out there getting some good ones too.”
