If you didn’t know it, would you ever suspect this is a frame-grab? Probably not. Crisp, ain’t it? It’s Kolohe Andino, in one of the moments from a new, (very) short film by masterful auteur Riley Blakeway for Stab. The clip, called Slip, Slop, Slap, focuses on a session at Riveria, California with Taj Burrow and Kolohe, in the kinda delightfully-pristine Californian setting that beach reminiscences are built on. There’s some golden scenery, jealousy-stirring waves and some tail-pointed-to-the-heavens kinda moments that’ll rouse excitement, no doubt. Kolohe sure does have a handle on stalefish grabs now (‘scuse ze pun).
