Yesterday Tyler Wright won the Plax Colgate Rio Pro over Sally Fitzgibbons, today there’s some gal’s with sore heads (presumably) and some men with time to kill. Expect social media to flood with sightseeing photos (probs from Christ The Redeemer statue, and between all the Mother’s Day love).
When round one rolled, Kolohe Andino, pictured here, won his heat over Ace Buchan and CJ Hobgood in the last match-up of the day. Conditions had deteriorated somewhat but Brother found what he needed and got it done. This is he, before the swell disappeared completely, going through a motion he knows well – a nose-burying reverse.
