Ain’t Macaronis a pretty thing, glowing there in the evening light? Now, Jadson Andre, the surfer pictured here, is one you’re familiar with. For better or for worse, he made the air-reverse ubiquitous in competition. He was part of the newer, cooler wave of Brazilian surfers on tour and Stab dug him. But, being the perceptive devil you are, you know full well that Jadson ain’t on the tour anymore. He’s ranked number 40 on the one world rankings, outside the dream bubble. Regressing to the QS slog is even harder when you’ve tasted the champagne of the world tour. But unshackled trips to the Mentawais ain’t the worst things in the world, and that frontside game never looked better than ripping through lips at Macaronis.
