Scandinavia’s Got (Surf) Talent
Introducing Sweden’s national champ, Sanna Horvallius.
Sanna Hörvallius’ life changed dramatically when she discovered surfing at 18. But she wasn’t exactly a natural, it took her three months to get to her feet. She may have surprised herself the most when she was crowned the 2020 Swedish National Champ, just a few years after having started.
Sanna now spends most of her time on the road south of the Nordic zone, ‘studying surfing’, particularly that of Coco Ho, Leah Dawson and Justine Dupont who are her favorite surfers, and documenting her travels in aesthetically-delightful pixels under the IG handle @gypseatoes.
Sanna has recently become an ambassador for Manera. A French family-business which develops quality surf gear for colder waters. This is her welcome to team clip, get to know the Swede vagabond here.
