Because he’s so often dressing up and hamming it up and laying it on so liberally, you actually forget how good Matt Wilkinson surfs. This edit features a take on Pusha T and Tyler the Creator’s Trouble On My Mind track. You might cringe through the awkwardness at times but if you know the original clip, you’ll make sense of it. The surfing spliced in here, howevs, is genuinely world class. Where fellow teamrider Owen Wright is clinically precise, Wilko’s imperfections and punk rock lines make him pretty much the best goofyfooter in the world to watch.
