Uluwatu Surf Villas and Rip Curl just threw a fundraiser overlooking Ulu itself. The fundraiser was for Eco Surf Rescue Uluwatu (ESRU) to build a liquid waste septic system throughout the warungs at Ulus, which’ll basically mean the surf stays clean. Up for auction were a signed Michael Peterson photo, a one-hour solo session at Padang and at Ulus, a Kevin Walsh original hand painted gun, and two Jim Banks big wave guns. Yeah, of course, beautiful people taking aircraft and SUV to go to Bali, then went to a wonderful party on a rich villa on the seaside, VIP taking another opportunity to party, and we’re supposed to think they’re doing this for Bali?
If they’re so cool, they don’t need to tell me they’re kind for Bali, they can donate and help without telling the world. They don’t even need to throw a party, they can use all the money for the drinks and stuff and give it to charities. I’m not supposed to admire a bunch of coked out wealthy young uselss people because they’re supposed to be involved in some kind of charities.
Bali still in danger, and when the going are gonna get rough, those VIP will go somewhere else, to help…of course
