The 2012 Nike Lowers Pro Gallery, Pt. III

Day three of the Nike Lowers Pro was slightly shorter than the previous two days, which was no doubt a bummer for Australian webcast audiences. Luckily, the contest’s down to the business end and will resume tomorrow morning. If you missed out on the action but high performance on surfing’s most contestable wavepark is your jam, then you may enjoy this micro gallery of shots from today. Scroll through the sliding door and feel the heat. All photos courtesy Nike/Hilleman. Check out the Nike Lowers Pro site and watch the live feed tomorrow over here.

c’mon kolohe, talk us trough that 9,8 point, medina ride… that should be a 10 too. hahahahaha this kid is a real freak. no chance for australians nor americans in a few years from now. this kid and doublejohn gonna rule the world tour. no bullshit!

2.

the judging is all fkd up. they give out high eights to guys like taylor and occy for doing standard carves, but then only half a point more for the stuff medina is doing? cmon, its just not right. anyone else agree?

3.

brett should be thinkin’ more after claimin’ again, that’s for sure. medina simply shut his mouth. dane x medina tomorrow. best heat in the year ?!? I can’t even sleep….

4.

i feeling good, i think i might win, get your bets on

5.

9.8 for Reynolds? This guy has a unique ability, he just get more points than the others…That’s because he is handsome and cool, judges like that, and they reward his coolness and handsomeness with points! Sounds logical! Just watch his 9.8 wave against Granger Larsen!
I predict a 19.5 score against Medina (18.5)…Dane Reynolds can’t loose against Medina in Cali, that could become a casus belli…
