The 2012 Hurley Pro, Lower Trestles, starts in six days. Despite a less-than-ideal swell size, last year’s event was quite a spectacle. The wave itself is such a skatepark that you’ll likely see fireworks regardless of conditions. Outside of the Chopes/Pipe/Fiji regions, this has gotta be the year’s most exciting event, right? Every year, performance boundaries are nudged. Here’s what a bunch of pros think about it all.

have a look of the winners of WCT events at trestles mate. 5 Aussies, Slater (5 times) & Irons.. considering Fanning and Parko have won there and they are both on fire this year, i’d say the americans apart from slater dont stand a chance.
