Steph Gilmore’s gone beyond female surf icon and is nearing the realm of pop culture icon. She’s done Vogue, has world title swagger and when it comes to surfing, somehow manages to fuse aggressive railwork with feminine surf chic. It’s so very pretty to watch. Almost as pretty as her playlist is to listen to. We were first turned onto Steph’s musical taste via a guest spot on LA radio station, KCRW.
