Stab really likes: Vanishing Elephant Jeans

“Winter without a good, clean-cut pair of jeans is nonsense,” says Sydney label Vanishing Elephant. And Stab agrees! “In fact, life without an easy pair of hardwearing, reliable denim is absurd.” Enter VE’s five-pocket denim jean. “This jean is for a man who wants no fuss, wants something to slip on in the morning that’ll be comfortable, easy, and requires little care.” Easy care, easy wear, no frills, etc. Sartorial bliss and sweet masculinity!

Choose your flavour from navy, olive, khaki, black rinse and indigo. Currently trending with VE themselves is the olive, since it’s so easy to match with and looks killer after a bit of a beating from everyday wear (and you will wear these everyday). Oh, and the indigo, because a good pair of blue navy denim should be a staple in any man’s draw. Fit-wise, the module here’s wearing a 32, but they’re a little big on him. Actually, these are best worn with a little room, even though they’re of a slimmer cut. Go buy ‘em here.

We’ve all thought about counterfeiting jeans at one time or another, but what about the victims? Hard-working designers like Calvin Klein, Gloria Vanderbilt, or Antoine Bugle Boy. These are the people who saw an overcrowded marketplace and said, “Me too!”
