Welcome to the instagram power ranking! The best way to know who’s the best, a snapshot of the parallel ranking, the one that counts!
#1: Momjohn. You have to be professional to be at the top, and she’s a professional. Nothing escape her sight, her legs, her bike, her son, her beach, her bikini, her fridge…But professionalism without passion is nothing, and she has passion! She loves her legs, her bike, her son, her beach…
#2: Kalani Miller, she’s experienced and able to adapt! One day with this bikini model, the other with another model, but always smiling, always happy, a glass of wine in one hand, a telephone in the other, a coconut in the third…And always someone to introduce me.
#3: Carissa Moore, a sportswoman, she’s ready! Always on the move, biking, running, surfing, training, driving, reading, we now know the shape of her tools, her bike, her boards, her boyfriend…
#4: Mick Fanning’s dog: Passion, pure passion, this dog is not driven by lust nor greed, it’s crystal clear. He loves his master. The dog’s too.
#5: Matt Wilkinson: it was difficult to decide who deserved the #4 spot. Matt should be more serious, when Mick Fanning’s dog seems not to surf at all. Matt Wilkinson does not love himself enough to be at #1, nor does he looks good enough in a bikini to be #2, and sure is not trained enough to be #3…But imagine Matt, proud to be Matt, smiling in a tiny bikini and doing yoga on the beach?

So much hype and bother with Fiji this year. Why did they call off the comp? Ok so cloudbreak got wind affected, event called off, wind got better, but no comp? Ok so all the gear may have got shuttled off back to Tavi, so fair enough. Ok so hold the event at restaurants? Smaller and all the gear is there? No Comp still? Confusing.

      who thinks Slater won Mick won satright up Slater knew it, you could tell that Slater knew it by the way he surfed that final heat; on the ropes the entire time and scrambling. When does Slater ever Scramble? Mick played it cool and stuck it to the champ. As Slater was paddling up and down the point taking off on closeouts, Mick waited it out with 3 great waves from the bowl vs. Kelly’s billion crap waves (minus the 10, which was well earned, but useless at the same time being that he couldn’t back it up).
