We’re neither confirming nor denying the credibility of the clip, other than to say a good examination of a Sydney Harbour map and a basic understanding of swell refraction should answer most of your questions.
“People working at the Opera House yesterday said they didn’t see anyone surfing in the harbour. A spokeswoman for Sydney Ferries said they did not receive any reports of people surfing in the harbour yesterday,” wrote the Sydney Morning Herald.
