Chris Ward, as y’probably know by now, snatched a 10 point ride in the final two minutes to win the event over Mega Semahdi. Then, he proposed to his gal on the podium. And she said yes. I was there and any one could surf padang like that they should have waited for to get at least 6ft so they could have gotten some good tubes. Some of the tubes I have had out there have been so gnarly oh well next year maybe.
